• Welding reel designed to optimize space limitations

    March 20, 2012

Hannay Reels has released the N400 Series gas welding reel for welding operations where space is a concern.

The reel handles ¼ in. or 3/8 in. oxygen/gas dual hose in lengths of up to 100 ft., and features two swivel joint inlets and two outlet risers to handle twin gas welding hose.

The N400 operates at pressures up to 300 psi (21 bar) and at working temperatures from -40 deg. F to 200 deg. F. Standard inlets are 90 deg.ball bearing swivel joints with 1/2 in. female NPT threads; standard outlets are male 9/16 in. – 18 threads, Hannay said.

It also has a heavy-duty spring motor, which provides self-contained rewind power.
