Matt Bernstein, CEO of HubTran, has named Brian Rudich HubTran's chief operating officer. According to Bernstein, Rudich will "oversee HubTran's growth as the provider of choice for advanced transportation back-office automation software."
Before joining HubTran, Rudich served as chief financial officer for Command Transportation, which launched in 2005. As the company's fourth employee, Rudich nurtured Command's technology resources, contributing to steady 60% growth, annual revenues of $580 million, HubTran said. Command was purchased for $420 million last year by Echo Global Logistics. The resulting company reports revenues of more than $1.5 billion.
"Throughout his career, Brian has focused on using technology to create back-office efficiencies. His deep experience and notable success at Command make him the ideal choice for COO at HubTran," said Bernstein.
