Kenworth Truck Co. named its heavy duty and medium duty dealer of the year awards at its recent Dealer Meeting in Columbus, OH.

Edmonton Kenworth took top honors as 2011 Kenworth Dealer of the Year while Rihm Kenworth was named 2011 Kenworth Medium Duty Dealer of the Year for the U.S. and Canada.

“It’s a great privilege and honor for Edmonton Kenworth and our many dedicated employees to be recognized with the 2011 Kenworth Dealer of the Year award,” said Gary M. Other Gold Award winners are GreatWest Kenworth (Calgary, Alb.), Kenworth of South Louisiana (Gray, La.), MHC Kenworth – Colorado (Denver), MHC Kenworth – Oklahoma (Oklahoma City), and Wallwork Kenworth (Fargo, N.D.).

“Edmonton Kenworth had an outstanding performance during 2011,” said Gary Moore, Kenworth general manager and Paccar vice president. “Edmonton Kenworth sold and leased a very significant number of Kenworth trucks, achieved strong market share in both heavy and medium duty truck sales, operated excellent facilities, and provided exceptional customer support. Congratulations to The World’s Best Kenworth dealer for 2011.”
