U.S. Xpress names vp of driver recruiting

U.S. Xpress Enterprises has named Latasha Neal vice president of driver recruiting. Neal joins the company with nearly 20 years of experience in the trucking industry.

She was most recently director of recruiting and retention for Swift Transportation.

“Latasha has built an impressive track record of success over her career. She has a keen understanding of the challenges that exist in today’s recruiting market, and we are confident that Latasha will lead our efforts to attract and retain the best drivers in our industry,” said Eric Fuller, U.S. Xpress senior vice president of operations. “Latasha is bringing tremendous energy and enthusiasm to her new position. We are looking forward working to with Latasha and supporting her efforts.”
