Wabash National Corporation’s Composites business, which designs and manufactures composite panels and doors, trailer aerodynamic solutions, portable storage containers and mobile shelters, has made the following leadership changes.

Jeff Cole, director of business development: According to the company, Cole will lead all business development activities supporting Wabash National’s composite growth initiatives. He comes from Solvay, where he most recently had sales responsibility for its Industrial Business Division. “Mr. Cole has spent his entire career in the global composite materials industry serving, among others, the aerospace and aviation, automotive, and wind energy global markets,” the company said.

Frank Pendleton, director of sales: Pendleton will be responsible for leading the Composites sales team in achieving Wabash National’s strategic growth initiatives, the company said. “Mr. Pendleton most recently served as vice president and general manager at Scott Intermodal, located in Jacksonville, FL,” the company said. “He has more than 25 years in the transportation industry in positions of increasing responsibility in sales and operations.”

Joseph Perry, sales manager: Perry is responsible for selling the Wabash Composites product portfolio, including Wabash National’s aerodynamic trailer solutions. “He has spent the last 10 years working at Michelin and, most recently, Ziegler Tire, where he managed the sales team and key customer accounts,” the company said.

Blake Robertson, director of manufacturing: Robertson will lead Wabash National’s composites manufacturing teams in Lafayette and Frankfort, IN. “He comes to Wabash National after 23 years in the extrusion industry. Most recently, he was VP & GM for the U.S. Midwest Region for Sapa,” according to Wabash.
