LTL carrier YRC Freight, a subsidiary of YRC Worldwide, is tapping Darren Hawkins to be senior vice president-sales and marketing, effective Jan. 14.
Hawkins spent 18 year with YRC Freight before leaving the company to serve as director of sales and also director of operations for Con-way Freight.
“The new leadership team has the right focus and their absolute commitment to customer service is starting to echo through the freight industry,” Hawkins noted. “It’s great to be back home.”
