Each course will be offered in August and repeated in September. Leo Thomason, executive director of NGVi, will be the trainer for all sessions.

The first session, NGV Driver and Mechanic Safety Training, will be held on August 26 in Fresno, CA and on September 15 in Riverside. The one-day course is devoted to training drivers and mechanics on safe driving, fueling and maintenance of today's natural gas vehicles. Trainers are welcome and will go through the same training as drivers and mechanics. CNG Fuel System Inspector Training will be offered on August 27 and 28 in Fresno, CA and on September 16 and 17 in Riverside, CA. This two-day course focuses on teaching the proper techniques for inspecting on-board compressed natural gas fueling systems. The training includes hands-on inspection of vehicle fuel cylinders.
