Tailwind updates CMS software service pack
    June 19, 2009

Tailwind Management Systems’ CMS management software has been updated with Version 5.4 Service Pack 1, the company has announced. The new version provides an 85% time reduction in the implementation process and improved usability, Tailwind said.

A number of other advancements and updates are included, based on customer feedback, according to the company.

“The things you look for in a truck are the same things you want in trucking software - value, dependability, and performance,” said Matt Chambers, operations manager at Tailwind. “The huge reduction in implementation time in particular is critical, as it allows our 1-3 broker clients to essentially implement the software themselves. This will save our customers a huge amount of time, letting them focus on quickly maximizing productivity in their day to day operations.”
