Decisiv provides service management platform

Decisiv, Inc. has announced that over 800 subscribing locations have adopted the company’s Service Management Platform for the medium- and heavy-duty truck market.

According to the company, Decisiv delivers relevant information to the end user by pulling together historically separate information silos, providing real-time integration to vehicle specific recalls, service bulletins, parts pricing and in-service dates.

"In place at International, Volvo, Mack, Freightliner and Prevost service facilities, as well as a growing number of fleets, the Decisiv Service Management platform is rapidly gaining acceptance in the North American commercial truck industry," stated Dick Hyatt, president of Decisiv.
