Lite-Check has released version 8.2 of the software for its Inspector trailer tester, updated to receive mileage information from trailer ABS controllers manufactured by Haldex, Wabco, and Bendix.

According to the company, all Inspector 910B and model 910B testers produced since 1995 can be upgraded with the new version, although users running version 7 or older may require hardware upgrades prior to installation.

Testers sent in for version 8.2 upgrades or older testers renewed through the Inspector refurbishment program will have the internal system modernized and returned functionally identical to a new Inspector, Lite-Check said.
