    Navistar has launched Service Partner, an internet-based service pricing application that gives fleets standardized prices tailored towards their individual requirements, the company said.

    According to Navistar, Service Partner emails fleet managers price estimates after the program pre-loads the fleet’s vehicle identification numbers and over 200 consistent labor times to its database, providing easy estimates for the fleet. The technology for the

    Service Partner, available to customers enrolled in Navistar’s Fleet Charge program, is a limited use version of the company’s Diamond Estimating System (DES), both developed by Decisiv, Inc.

    Live support is available for a nominal charge, Decisiv said, and free live training sessions are offered several days per week.
