Because Pegasus TransTech has been receiving calls from drivers and carriers about the availability of truckstop scanning since Monday of this week, this afternoon the company’s chairman & CEO Bob Helms issued a statement advising that “all Transflo Express truckstop scanning services from Pegasus TransTech are operating normally. Transflo Express, which moves through fully redundant, widely separated data centers, has not experienced any outages.

“Transflo Express is available as usual at more than 550 Pilot and Love’s truckstops. Similarly, Transflo Express Indexing is functioning routinely,” he continued.

Helms went on to state that “any problems drivers may be experiencing on the road with scanning their documents does not lie with Pegasus TransTech or with Transflo Express, which continues to process all documents normally. All Transflo Express customers receive their document images directly from our redundant data centers before they are sent to any outsourced indexing agents. Customers may retrieve these images from Pegasus TransTech to do their billing and payroll at any time,” he added.
