TMW Systems has released TMT Fleet Maintenance for Windows Version 9, designed to help companies perform fleet and equipment maintenance and repair operations

TMW Systems has released TMT Fleet Maintenance for Windows Version 9, designed to help companies perform fleet and equipment maintenance and repair operations while electronically communicating with vendors, suppliers and OEMs to improve efficiency and increase collaboration, the company said.

TMT Fleet Maintenance is offered by TMW’s Asset Maintenance Software business unit, which was previously known as TMT Software before being acquired by TMW last year. According to the company, the new version further automates the entire fleet maintenance and repair functions while interfacing to leading accounting software.

New features include comprehensive accounting of vehicle maintenance and repair for individual pieces of equipment for the entire vehicle lifecycle and a web-based Customer Inquiry System (CIS) that allows repair center customers to look up their fleets’ repair information and transmit data to their customers through the internet.

“This release has the capability to integrate a fleet maintenance operation with an entire business and service provider ‘ecosystem’ to automate workflow processes and the capture and delivery of information within and beyond the shop environment,” said Scott Vanselous, TMW senior vp & gm. “This integrated approach drives efficiencies in the complex and critical fleet maintenance process and helps companies more accurately measure and control the true costs to operate their assets.”
