Management module for contract maintenance

Fleets using the Platinum version of Dossier Maintenance software from Arsenault Assocs. can now handle contract and third-party accounts with a new Customer Management (CM) module (www.arsenault.biz). The new option allows a fleet to separately control, track and report on work performed for contract customers or others on a for-profit basis, while still maintaining records for its own equipment.

Enabling fleets to assign vehicles to any number of customers, the CM module will produce quotes and invoices for maintenance customers, assigning billable labor rates, parts markups or discounts, and billing terms for each account. Quotes can be turned into active work orders with just one mouse click, and when the work is completed, the work order can easily be converted to an invoice, according to Arsenault.

Arsenault says fleets that assign and track maintenance for different departments or vehicle types within a fleet operation can also use its new CM module to manage those sub-groups.
