Software speeds hiring process

Deploy Transportation Advantage is a “recruiting and talent management” software package designed to help fleets automate much of the data collection needed to meet Dept. of Transportation driver hiring requirements.

The software includes electronic signature capture for necessary forms as well as electronic storage of those forms. It can also be customized to accommodate fleet hiring and employment policies, and offers both English and Spanish language support.

According to developer Deploy Solutions, the package can speed up time-to-hire by 60%, allowing fleets to make offers to the best candidates quickly while also eliminating error-prone paper hiring processes.
