International creates online fleet tools

A new web portal service from International Truck and Engine Corp. offers fleet customers a suite of online management tools, including links to industry regulatory sites and a wide range of business news. International Advantage (www.internationaltrucks.com/advantage) also provides truck customers with membership discounts from over 350 retail customers such as Valvoline and Office Depot, as well as monthly email newsletters and quarterly printed newsletters.

The online fleet management tools offer maintenance and fuel-purchase tracking and electronic record-keeping for all vehicles registered with the site. General business tools include financial calculators, information on taxes, new regulations and industry business developments.

Updates on industry news and events, as well as direct links to other government and industry sites can be accessed through the new International portal, which can also be tied to a local International dealer's site.
