TomTom, Concord, MA, has introduced the Pro series for fleets with a mobile workforce. The navigation line makes travel safer and more efficient while increasing productivity, TomTom said.
The Pro series includes the Pro 4000 and the Pro 8000. Both include the TomTom Map Share, the “Help Me!” emergency resources menu, points of interest, and TomTom's Latest Map Guarantee. The 8000 also includes IQ Routes, TomTom's routing technology that plans the best route based on average drive times, advanced lane guidance, voice address input, and Bluetooth calling. Among the features offered are an extended 2-yr. limited warranty, menu lock, ruggedized sleeve, one free map update within the first 12 months, dedicated customer service telephone access, and PIN protection.
