The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) will hold its first National Safety Conference, under the theme of “Strategic Planning for Private Fleets,” from September 18-19 at the Hyatt Dulles in Herndon, VA (near Dulles International Airport).

NPTC says the conference will provide “big picture” presentations by industry specialists, discussions with key government officials, problem-solving workshops, table-top exhibits and expert panels that will give attendees insights into strategic safety and security planning.

The program will delve into such topics as developing a security plan, understanding driver fatigue, regulatory updates and safety leadership-“walking the talk.”

Complete program and registration information is available one NPTC's website at www.nptc.org.
