Operating as a division of TransPlastics, the fleet will continue to be managed by the Mirrer family. ... Transit Group has acquired Transportation Resources and Management Inc. (TRM), a privately held trucking company based in Fort Wayne, Ind. TRM, which has $6 million in annual revenues, is a dry van carrier that currently operates a company-owned fleet of 47 power units and 88 trailers in the Midwest.
