Currently being tested by PartsRiver customers, the new online web service supports both “public” and “private” database versions as determined by a customer's business rules. “The demand for a highly accurate parts database that can be customizes to reflect the unique needs of individual fleets was overwhelming,” says company CEO Elisa Jagerson.
