    Truckstop networks unveil programs

    New fuel-card programs from the North American Truck Stop Network and Professional Transportation Partners offer fuel discounts and weekly or monthly invoicing. The Over the Road and Local programs, administered by Fleet One, include no transaction fees when used in network and a $2 fee when used out of network. There is also a 2/gal. discount with each purchase. Password protection and daily invoicing
