Contract Freighters, Inc. (CFI) has announced new driver teams joining the truckload carrier after Dec. 21 will have the option of driving either a 2008 Kenworth T660 or 2008 Freightliner Cascadia truck. The trucks will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The two new offerings are part of CFI’s enhanced pay package. In addition to the new trucks, the carrier will increase driver pay per mile and incorporate a number of other driver favorites, the company said.

“We understand that for an over-the-road driver, their truck is their home away from home, and superior performance and comfort are critical,” said Bruce Stockton, vp maintenance & asset management. “CFI is excited to offer team drivers the opportunity to get into a brand new assigned truck. The new equipment coupled with our recent pay package upgrade makes this a great time for teams to join CFI.”
