Eaton Corp. has named Staci Standen gm of its Truck Group’s NAFTA Heavy Duty Transmission Division. Standen will be responsible for strategic initiatives, customer interactions, commercial strategies and new product programs for the heavy-duty business, the company said.

Standen joined Eaton in 1996 and most recently served as director of business initiatives for its automotive group. She previously was business unit manager for the company’s fuel vapor systems and specialty controls operations.

"Staci brings a considerable breadth of experience to her new role in the Heavy Duty Division," said Curt Hutchins, president of the Heavy Duty Transmission business. "Her global experience in leading strategy execution, technical background and operations knowledge will help Heavy Duty achieve its strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement. We look forward to Staci joining our team."
