Heil Environmental promotes McHugh

Bob McHugh has been promoted to director of North American Sales for Heil Environmental, a refuse collection equipment manufacturer.

McHugh, who was formerly director of customer support & chief quality officer, has been with the company since 1990, when he began as a product support manager. In 2001 in the capacity of quality & product engineering manager, he assisted as Heil became the first refuse collection vehicle manufacturer to obtain ISO 9001:2000 certification.

“My goal is to listen to our customers and ensure that all Heil employees and distributors understand our customers’ needs and the urgency required to meet them,” McHugh said. “This will allow us to continue to grow our business by helping our customers grow theirs.”
