It's time to nominate drivers for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s annual “Highway Hero” award program, which recognizes professional drivers who provide life-saving rescues and roadside assistance while on the job.

Nominations must meet the following criteria:

  • Driver must be a full-time truck driver and live in the United States or Canada;

  • Incident must have taken place in the U.S. or Canada;

  • Driver must have been on the job or on the way to or from work, and in his/her rig at the time of the incident;

  • Driver must have been driving a truck with at least 14 wheels;

  • Incident must have occurred between Nov. 16, 2004, and Nov. 15, 2005

The deadline for nominations is November 30, 2005.
