    The American Trucking Assns. has launched a web site for its “Share the Road” program, whose purpose is to educate motorists about safe practices when driving vehicles, in particular large tractor-trailers.

    The main of objective of the site, www.atastr.org, is to teach people about the large blind spots that surround 18-wheelers, and how to driver accordingly. In addition, the site has sections on the hazards of distracted driving, following trucks too closely and passing.
