J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. has introduced a roadside inspections preparatory guide that includes an 18-minute DVD, instructor’s guide, and other items, the company said.
According to J.J. Keller, Roadside Inspections: A Driver’s Guide covers behavior that puts inspectors on alert; reasons drivers are placed out of service; paperwork drivers must have ready; six potential consequences of a failed inspection; ways to make inspections quick, and additional paperwork required of hazmat drivers.
The 18-minute DVD features guidelines, professional commentary, and a quiz. The program also includes 11 driver handbooks for use during training, 11 tractor-trailer inspection cards, a CD-ROM and a poster.
