    Dustin England has been appointed the new vp- safety compliance, for truckload carrier C.R. England. His position will entail working to assure compliance with OSHA regulations and issues based on federal, state, and company policies, noted the carrier.

    England has been with the company for 12 years, having worked previously in such positions as director of safety, director of accident prevention,and driving school manager.

    He is a Certified Director of Safety through the program offered by the North American Transportation Management Institute.
