A new North American parts marketing and distribution organization began operating today, as a result of the merger of Heavy Duty America and Truck Pride Partners having been approved.
The new organization, HDA Truck Pride, said the integration of staff and services will continue through the remainder of the year.
Both organizations said the joining of the two heavy-duty marketing organizations is the first step in creating a comprehensive plan to unify and expand their distribution networks, consolidate product and program offerings, while still maintaining the independent aftermarket channel as a viable alternative to tOE dealership networks.
HDA Truck Pride will offer marketing, training, fleet, service partner and vendor programs.
