Tom Moore has joined the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) as executive director of the NPTC Institute and vp of public affairs

Tom Moore has joined the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) as executive director of the NPTC Institute and vp of public affairs.

In his new role, he will be responsible for the Fleet Management Institute, the Fleet Learning Center, the CTP program promotion and preparation training, the NPTC Member Match backhauling program, and the annual Benchmarking/Best Practices programs.

“Tom brings a strong track record of professional communications, training and educational experience to the members of our association,” said Gary Petty, NPTC president & CEO. “I have great confidence in his leadership and the team's ability to continue our success in delivering strong, effective and relevant membership services and development throughout the private fleet community.”
