Yokohama reassigns executives

Yokohama Tire Corp. (YTC) has announced the reassignment of three executives and one promotion.

Takao Oishi is now the executive vp of operations, with responsibility for strategic marketing, and operations. Kenichi Shirai is now YTC chief advisor of strategic marketing, overseeing product planning. Iwao Shimomura was named YTC senior director of corporate quality assurance.

In addition, the company announced the promotion of Satoshi Miyata to CFO & treasurer.
