In an effort to assist dealers in keeping up with high demand, both Volvo Trucks and Mack Trucks have streamlined their used truck inventory systems.

Through the Premium Used Truck program, each OEM will take the used truck inventories acquired from trade-ins, and post the vehicle descriptions and pricing on a website. Eligible dealers are permitted to make purchases electronically.

“Knowing exactly what vehicles are going to be available to us and when will certainly enhance the effectiveness of our used-truck operations,” said Doug Malcomb, Used Truck Manager for Houston Mack Sales & Service. “And being able to access this information and place orders online is ideal as well.”
