CPC Acquires Transpersonnel

St. Louis, MO-based CPC Logistics Inc. recently completed the asset acquisition of Milwaukee, WI-based Transpersonnel, Inc.

CPC’s president John T. Bickel said the transaction went smoothly, “with nearly all former Transpersonnel clients and drivers successfully migrating over to CPC Logistics.” CPC has nearly 4,000 drivers in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
