ArvinMeritor Inc. has selected Ryder Systems Inc. as its lead logistics management service. Services provided by Ryder under the contract include procurement process support, transportation service provider management, freight bill auditing and payment, invoicing and management reporting. Additionally, Ryder will negotiate rates for ArvinMeritor with providers of ground, rail, air and ocean transportation services.
