Autocar adds dealers, logo gear

Sixteen dealers have been added to the sales and service network for Autocar LLC and its Xpeditor low-COE trucks. The company, which recently purchased the Autocar brand name and Xpeditor line from Volvo Trucks North America, now has 38 dealers in its network and says it plans to have 70 dealers, 100 service locations and 200 parts supply locations by the end of July. The company, which recently purchased the Autocar brand name and Xpeditor line from Volvo Trucks North America, now has 38 dealers in its network and says it plans to have 70 dealers, 100 service locations and 200 parts supply locations by the end of July.

The new dealers include locations in Dallas, Little Rock, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Charlotte, Hartford and Edmonton, Alberta.

The company has also announced a range of clothing and other promotional products featuring the well-known Autocar logo, which is the oldest vehicle nameplate in continuous production in the U.S. The gear will be offered by Autocar dealers and will also be available through the company web site.
