    Call It “Cummins Westport Inc.”

    Cummins Inc. and Westport Innovations Inc. announced today that they have selected the name Cummins Westport Inc. for their alternate fuels joint venture. "The name Cummins Westport reflects an active partnership of two leaders in their respective fields," said Guff Muench, president and CEO of Cummins Westport.     Cummins Inc. and Westport Innovations Inc. announced today that they have selected the name Cummins Westport Inc. for their alternate fuels joint venture.

    "The name Cummins Westport reflects an active partnership of two leaders in their respective fields," said Guff Muench, president and CEO of Cummins Westport.

    In a separate announcement, Cummins Westport said that Martha Finn Brooks, a vp and gm at Cummins, has replaced Tom Linebarger, Cummins vp & CFO, on Cummins Westport’s board of directors.
