Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Phillip Caris vp of sales & marketing and has appointed Carl Casalbore vp of marketing and retail sales. Both will lead its North American Tire Division, effective May 1. These appointments are part of the company’s restructuring effort to focus on its target markets, Cooper said. Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Phillip Caris vp of sales & marketing and has appointed Carl Casalbore vp of marketing and retail sales. Both will lead its North American Tire Division, effective May 1. These appointments are part of the company’s restructuring effort to focus on its target markets, Cooper said.

Previously Caris, had served as vp of marketing since 2002. He has been with the company for 21 years, holding several sales and marketing positions.

Casalbore previously served the company as vp of retail sales & high performance tire development. He had held a number of managerial positions with a competitor before joining Cooper in 1999.
