Kent D. Jones has been appointed vp of heavy duty sales and marketing for Delco Remy, a producer of electrical systems, starters, alternators and batteries for commercial-vehicle applications. Jones will report to Joseph A. Plomin Jr., senior vp and general manager of the company's heavy duty and industrial businesses. Jones has held a series of positions with increasing responsibility over his 16-year
