Kim Richardson Transportation Specialists -- a truck driver training school near Hamilton, Ont. -- is offering a four-hour, Hours of Service training program for drivers and owner-operators.
Company officials say the program will help drivers prepare for the U.S. rules and the immediate enforcement when they take effect on Jan. 4, 2004.
