    J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. has announced its first quarter 2001 one- and two-million-mile safe drivers. Fifty-one drivers were recognized recently at a celebration at the company's headquarters in Lowell, AR.     J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. has announced its first quarter 2001 one- and two-million-mile safe drivers. Fifty-one drivers were recognized recently at a celebration at the company's headquarters in Lowell, AR.

    The company rewards driver safety by recognizing those who drive one-million safe miles with the company with a cash award of $5,000. Drivers reaching two-million safe miles with the company receive $10,000, and drivers reaching three-million safe miles with the company receive $20,000.

    Currently, J.B. Hunt has 817 one-million mile drivers, 31 two-million mile drivers and two three-million mile drivers on the road.

    “It is always a pleasure to recognize the drivers who are setting the safety standard for others,” said Kirk Thompson, company president and CEO. “Their achievements underscore our long-standing commitment to safe driving.”
