Mullen Trucking, based in Aldersyde, Alberta, provides irregular-route truckload and LTL service throughout Canada and the continental United States. It operates a fleet of 175 trucks and employs 250 personnel, including owner-operators.

Mullen Transportation provides specialized transportation and related services to the oil and gas industry in western Canada, as well as trucking and logistics services. Its fleet totals 1,100 trucks and 2,500 trailers and has a customer base of 5,000.

Canada's National Quality Institute is an independent, non-profit organization that seeks to support ongoing increases in productivity.
