    New Penn Motor Express Inc. has introduced a return shipment management system on its website. New Penn said its customers cam use the system to complete the bill of lading, send the bill of lading to the shipping point as an email attachment and submit the pickup request to the carrier. After completing the bill of lading, the user enters the email address of the person returning the merchandise

    New Penn Motor Express Inc. has introduced areturn shipment management system on its website.

    New Penn said its customers cam use the system to complete the bill of lading, send the bill of lading to the shipping point as an email attachment and submit the pickup request to the carrier.

    After completing the bill of lading, the user enters the email address of the person returning the merchandise and any message they need to communicate to them. New Penn contacts the person returning the merchandise to confirm it is ready for pickup and then dispatches a driver.
