New Penn Motor Express Inc. recently received the 2002 Outstanding Carrier Award from fashion and fragrance industries client Chanel Inc.

Chanel monitors the performance of its carriers in several key service categories including, on-time deliveries, timely pickups, courtesy and professionalism, tracking and tracing, billing accuracy and sales and operational support.

New Penn excelled in each category, including a 99% on-time delivery performance to receive the award, Chanel said.
