Pierce wins Boston FD contract

Pierce Manufacturing Inc. was awarded contracts by the City of Boston for five Enforcer pumpers and one Dash 85-ft. aerial platform. Total value of the vehicles is approximately $2 million. Three of the Enforcer pumpers are equipped with TAK-4 independent front suspensions, which were developed jointly by Pierce and its parent company, Oshkosh Truck Corp.
