Peterbilt and John Deere dealers Rush Enterprises Inc. today announced that president W.M. "Rusty" Rush has been named COO. Additionally, Marty Naegelin has been promoted from vp and CFO, to senior vp and CFO.

Rush will now be responsible for all operations of the company. Naegelin's additional responsibilities will include the company's corporate administrative functions, its retail finance and insurance operations, and its truck-leasing operations.

“This will allow the company to focus on the opportunities that we believe will be present in this depressed truck market while continuing to operate and grow our existing businesses,” said chairman and CEO W. Marvin Rush.
