Flatbed carrier SunBelt Transport said that its president, Ish Copley, will retire and be succeeded by his son, Rick Copley. SunBelt is a subsidiary of Jacksonville, FL-based Patriot Transportation Holding, which also owns Florida Rock & Tank Lines, a liquid and dry bulk carrier.
