TCA said the audio conference will provide tools to help companies implement plans that will ensure drivers and owner-operators survive their first 30 days.

Panelists include David Goodson, director of transportation excellence for KPMG; Chuck Johanns, recruiting and retention analyst for Dart Transit Company; Kerry Kearl, vp of company fleets, Crete Carrier Corp.; and Colin Heupel, director of human resources for Voyager Express.
