Michelin is launching a 14-state, 22-stop multi-city tour to educate truck tire dealers and their customers about its line of truck tires and new technologies.

The tour, which will visit dealer locations throughout the Midwest, Northeast and Southwest this summer and fall, is called “A Better Way Forward.” It’s being conducted by Michelin Americas Truck Tires, Michelin Earthmover Tires and authorized Michelin tire dealers.

A colorful tractor and 53-ft trailer with graphics that depict all of Michelin’s products is being used to carry the tour. The displays on board emphasize Michelin’s historical commitment to technology and innovation. At each location, classrooms will also be set up in three tents outside of the Michelin Museum trailer. These will feature separate training modules, including Tire Value, Tire Applications, and Tire Forensics.

The 2005 “A Better Way Forward” tour kicks off in Millbury, MA, July 18, and will end on October 14 in Evansville, IN. Where space permits, the trailer and tents will be stationed at dealer locations.
