The 24th annual State of Logistics report authored by Delcan Corp. Senior Business Analyst Rosalyn Wilson and sponsored by Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Penske, painted a global economy stuck in still sluggish yet steady growth; a state of affairs the report dubbed "the new normal" that the transportation and logistics industry needs adapting to for the future. The findings of the 2013 State of Logistics report were revealed at a media event at the National Press Club in Washington D.C.
