TMW Systems has announced that its DriverSeat web-based solution to provide drivers with a comprehensive set of services designed to help manage their work and personal matters is on track for a May release. The product is designed to improve driver loyalty to a company and improve driver retention.

DriverSeat will allow the carrier to provide drivers with individualized access to services such as the ability to view past and pending pay information, view and request pending loads, submit requests for time off, access company news, and training videos.

It will also provide personal services to the driver, such as appointment calendars, favorite web links and news feeds, photo galleries, access to personal email, and customizable links to weather, traffic and fuel price information.
